Irathiski

During The Arcane Revolution, the overwhelming majority of peoples sought out Irathiski as a refuge from the war shaking the world around them. There was a significant amount of refugees who were new to city life, and there were plenty of important persons who'd had their empires kicked out from underneath them as the world was shaken. Many of these individuals were more than willing to use underhanded methods to find financial standing in this new city, and the criminal underground that already had roots in Irathiski saw significant financial gain during that time.
